Our Property Management team uses the REST Software System to record all vital information about your property. This is the leading software package in the industry. We account to landlords on the last business day of each month. Mid month payments can also be arranged. Rental monies can be deposited directly into your bank account or alternatively a cheque can be provided with your statement.
Our agency offer the RE Connect Rent Card service to each of our tenants as one method of paying rent. This service gives tenants the option of paying rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the telephone, internet transfer, BPay or via direct debit. Tenants may also pay at any Post Office, any National Australia Bank or directly to our office.
