Lee-Anne Armstrong

Senior Property Manager

A little about me

A great communicator and dedicated problem solver, Lee-Anne Armstrong has a wealth of property management experience. She is forthright and direct with strong negotiation skills, yet she is also willing to listen to all sides of the story and to be empathetic when the situation warrants it.

Since commencing in the real estate industry in 1993, Lee-Anne has become a Licensed Real Estate Agent and accumulated a strong skill set, comprehensive knowledge and substantial expertise in Property Management.

She enjoys being part of the tight-knit team at Carpenter Partners and believes it’s important to have good people around you in the workplace and in life. As senior property manager, part of Lee-Anne’s role is to support and encourage Belinda and Allara in their roles, and to provide a progressive learning environment for the property management team. Lee-Anne loves the challenge of her job and particularly enjoys trust accounting.

She manages a variety of mostly commercial properties on behalf of private investors, developers, overseas clients and landlords all around Australia. She is focused on achieving the best return, while providing efficient service, sound advice and creating the best system to manage returns.

Lee-Anne grew up in the local area, so she is very familiar with the region, as well as being well-known and very active in our local community. She’s also a member of the P&C at her children’s school. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, boating, cooking and travelling with her family.

Lee-Anne believes the Carpenter Partners team works well due to the family-oriented environment where everyone supports one another. The team also constantly update their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and happily share their expertise with valued clients.

If you’d prefer to work with an experienced, committed property manager who puts your interests first, call Lee-Anne to discuss your property and individual requirements.
